Grace Dental Suite ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you visit this website or get in touch with us.

What we collect

We only collect the details you choose to send us. You can contact us in any of these ways:

  • Enquiry form: your name, phone number, email address, your message, and whether you ticked the consent boxes. The form is delivered to our practice inbox by Web3Forms, an online form service that may process your details outside South Africa. On its free plan, Web3Forms keeps a copy for up to 30 days.
  • WhatsApp: your name, phone number and message, handled within WhatsApp.
  • Phone call: your phone number, as shown on our phone.
  • Email: your name, email address and message, in our inbox.

We use these details only to reply to you and arrange your care. Please do not send urgent medical information through the form. For toothache or swelling, WhatsApp or call us.

Practice emails

If you tick the optional box on the enquiry form, we may send you occasional emails about dental care and practice news. We will only do this if you have ticked that box, and every email will tell you how to unsubscribe. You can also ask us to stop at any time by WhatsApp, phone or email.

If you become a patient, the practice keeps the usual clinical and financial records a dental practice is required to keep. That information is held in our practice systems, separately from this website.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or advertising trackers. To understand how many people visit and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits without cookies and without identifying you, and it does not follow you to other websites. If this changes in future, we will update this page to say so.

Other websites we link to

This site links out to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps, and the map on our contact section is shown by Google Maps. Once you follow one of those links, you are on that company's platform and their own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for clinical, legal or financial reasons.
